I've been climbing trees and removing them safely across Victoria since 2010. My work starts with listening: what do you need, and why? Some trees need to come down. Others just need the right pruning to thrive for decades more. I'm ISA Certified Arborist, fully insured, and I do the work myself, you're not paying for a crew coordinator or a middleman. I bring my own equipment, my own chipper, and the knowledge to read what each tree needs. Call me at (778) 562-8552 for a free estimate, or read on to see how I work.
Real care for your trees
I don't believe in shortcuts. Tree work done badly creates bigger problems: torn bark, disease entry points, limbs that will fail in the next windstorm. I prune to the branch collar, I never top a tree, and I remove only what needs to go. When I climb, I use proper rigging so the tree, and your property, stays safe. When I grind a stump, I go deep enough that you won't trip on roots next spring. That's not fancy. It's just the right way.
Fully insured, top to bottom
We carry full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. I document everything on site so you have photos and notes if you need to file a claim with your own insurer. We're set up to work cleanly and safely, and to leave your property the way we found it, except for the tree work you asked for.
Quick to answer, straight to the point
I work solo most days, so I can't promise same-day service, but I do aim for a site visit within 24 to 48 hours of your call. Once I've seen the tree and your property, I give you a firm estimate right there, no follow-up quote, no surprises. If weather or equipment needs delay the job, I'll tell you straight.
Free advice
I'll tell you honestly whether a tree can be saved. A lot of damage looks terminal but isn't, western redcedar that looks dead-topped from the top down often has life in the lower crown. But I won't sell you pruning work on a tree that's already failing, just to run up the bill. If it needs to come down, I'll say so. If it can wait another year or five, I'll say that too.
Not happy? I come back.
If you're not satisfied with the work when I'm done, I'll come back and fix it at no charge. That's not a legal guarantee, it's just how I work. You hired me to do the job right, and if I didn't, that's on me to correct.
